Its Sunday morning ... my fiancee is snoring ... I got woke up by my kitty's yowls and I wont go to bed for an hour or so .....
So considering whether should take more classes at UCB Theatre or whether should do some drop-in improv classes instead ...
I am tempted to go with the second option because I think there is much to be gained by performing ....
Improv is one of those many things that you learn far better from doing and having an audience then by simply talking about it.... Its very diff. to keep doing practice "group games", "openings"and "scenes" rather then just going up with 6-8 people and doing a Harold ...
So for now I think the drop-in Improv sounds cooler ... The only difficulty is the one that seems fun ... Drinkytown is way on the East Village ........
Being that I live in like Harlem/Wash. Heights ... thats a really really big trip on a Saturday Afternoon that is likely to split the day up ...'
But I will try it one of these weekends...
Thinking of seeing Triplets of Belleville today ... Curious what anyone else thought of it... I have heard many good things .... Fiancee also wants to see Starsky and Hutch but in no rush.
And how did Passion of the Christ pull in $117 MM on Opening Weekend.... Its amazing people have so much tolerance for gore as that ...
So have a good week and remember March is here and Spring is soon ... Which reminds me that its time to renew my Zoo membership (exp. March 31st) .. for anyone who lives in NYC tghe Indiv. Plus zoo membership is very worth it ... as is paying only $8 to go to the Bronx Zoo in the less crowded winter months ... Bronx Zoo (and Central Park Zoo) ...
I guess that is enough rambling for now ...
Except that this week is Championship Week so I will be overdosing on College Basketball and obsessing over who will make the tournament, the bubble ... .I wonder how many other SG types have this issue .... ecq

I am thinking about going to a drop-in class show in the East Village calledDrinkyTown at the Parkside Lounge 317 East Houston Wednesday night show 7-9 pm and a improv class on Saturdays from 1:30 to 4 pm ... also going nuts for tournament action and should be at the RU-Virginia Tech game tomorrow ... I would just rather get better seats then section 418 .. although $10 is really really really cheap for MSG ...
Be good ...ecq
