Being mellow at the house -- just had a yummy salad with some pork and chicken stir fried with feta and parmasan cheese and croutons with spring mix.

So far it has been going well, so I just hope I can stay on top of everything. That's where most of my stress lies - being disorganized and falling behind because I'm missing things. I have a really good plan to stick to this year, and I think it's going to make things a lot less stressful. I hope.
