My last post didn't go through ...

Probably overtaxing the computer .. with the ITunes going and multiple IE windows ...

Saw some great movies last week on the cable ...

Mumford **** .. and The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl ***1/2 (more reviews in comments of last post)

Also Shrek again last night ****1/2 .. and one of my favorite movies of all-time John Cusack as Lloyd Dobler in "Say Anything" .. If you haven't seen Say Anything yet .. you should rectify that soon.

I am also going to give you a super easy burrito recipe...

Your burritos should taste better then Taco Bell ..

Here is an outrageously simple Burrito recipe ...

1 pound of ground beef ... (browned in frying pan)

When the beef is nearly done ... add one can of Kidney Beans (drained)

I like to add some chili powder to the mix (can do this for preference)

Heat Tortillas quickly on top of the meat/beans

Serve with Cheese, Salsa (and Sour Cream if you like)

Also makes great leftovers.

I grew up on these and they are good and insanely easy.

Try it and enjoy it .. You could certainly add more ingredients .. but the simplicity definitely works ...
