i'm about to go back myself this next spring and i'll be 26 then. Hopefully there will be other older students there too. What are you majoring in?
hellolohel:
I'm starting a Humanities major. It's weird because it's a small program with smaller class sizes, so people tend to be more tightly knit together, but at the same time I'm the only (or one among very few) mature student in my year so it's harder to relate to this small group of mostly 19-21 year olds. I'm hoping I can find a chance to mingle with some of the third and fourth year kids and make some friends closer to my age. Good luck to you next spring!

This is my request of those who fill the ranks of the online dating hordes. I'm looking at you OKC and POF users.

Please, just be honest. Seriously.

That is all.

But the more life has awakened you and brought you back to yourself, the greater has your need been and the deeper the sufferings and dread and...

Going to Toronto on Friday to see one of my all time favourite bands perform: Dr. Dog! Never seen them before. I was strangely disappointed with their latest album until I gave it about a dozen listens and it finally really grew on me.. it's a departure from their previous two releases in my opinion, one I wasn't ready for, but it's still the same...
