so i got my 1/2" plugs from bmeshop and they frickin rock. they also look so much bigger than my double-flared 7/16ths. it's awesome. they're red acrylic, my favorite.
so i'll be happy for a while about this. =)
i also had my mother send me FIMO, with which i've already managed to make a shabby set of black flared tunnels... god damn i never thought i'd get so into jewelry. i hope this doesn't make me look too girly. ARRR!!! oh wait, i am a girl. whoops.

So yeah... I got to see and briefly meet Neil Gaiman... I was quite happy about it. If you ever get the chance to see him or even to just listen to him give a lecture, definitely go. He's just as amazing a speaker as he is a writer. Plus there's the whole English accent thing which makes everything oh-so-much better. wink

Edit: And I've been meaning to check out more of Terry Pratchett's stuff since I first read Good Omens. I'll have to bump some of his books up higher on my To Be Read List. Thanks for reminding me! So do you have any recommendations?
