I spent a good long time last night in the dark pondering how I'm going to accomplish creating a life that would make me truly happy. Don't get me wrong, I'm fairly happy, just not in the place I thought I'd be. I don't want to turn 30 and still be where I am. I don't want to turn 30 and say, "I should've..." And I know how easy that would be.

Anyone know an invester interested in flipping houses with me? Easy money folks...
