Ahh... first three classes looked after. Next week I'll start the other two. My prof's so far seem really great; inviting, jovial, an all around good time. I'm especially looking forward to interacting with my Police Fitness teachers. The guy looks like a cop (tall, firm build, mean) but he's incredibly inviting to speak with. I think since the students have stepped up to the plate in order to become more fit, the teachers take it as a positive thing. Something to be encouraged rather than yelled at and pushed as a drill sergent would. I'm glad. I was worried about that for a while. I know I need to get in better shape, and keep it up, but I don't need to be harped on to make it happen. I'm a sucker for positive reinforcement.
After running around SG, here in the comp lab, I'm going to head over to the bookstore and pick up what I can for next week. Unfortunately the psych text has changed and I'll have to get the new version, but the prof said I can use the old one for the time being. Once my student loan gets thrown into my bank account I'll get the new one. I think I'm just going to get supplies and my Art History (1945-2000) book.
