Its been a long hard week.....
I lost a friend this week and it was completely unexpected. To be honest I think I'm still in shock, I'm numb. Why does death always make you re-evaluate your life?
I'm lucky that I have really good friends to share this with but if any of you have any advice to help me through this time I'd really appreciate it.

its never easy. i just lost a friend too. you just have to go through it. remember the pain you feel is because of a lot of good times and feelings, focus on that. its time to celebrate a life not mourn it. express every feeling you have and get them out. embrace what you are going through because it means that you made a worth while connection in your time here.
