Hi dear SG community! I want to share with you what I do when I feel stressed✨
Sometimes I take a bath with fragrant soap 🧼 sometimes I start reading (did you know that reading reduces anxiety by 70%?😱 This was confirmed by research by scientists), but a walk, walking and long, is most effective for me🚶♀️
Do you know how it works? During physical activity, adrenaline and cortisol are burned (probably?) And the feeling of anxiety goes away. You can replace the walk with any other activity - if you cannot get out of the room (you are at work or other circumstances), you can just do physical exercises in the form of squats or push-ups and it will help!🙌
