Hey sweeties!🥰 Today I want to share with all this great community, in particular @missy and @rambo, how I cheer myself up every day😇
I am no exception to the rule and my day begins absolutely the same lol😅 But then, when I get up and start doing my morning routines, I turn on my favorite music or a selection of recommended tracks from the genre that I like and get down to business. Just listening to pleasant and beloved music makes me a little happier, and I also sometimes sing along, which also has a beneficial effect on my emotional state👐
I try to do yoga every day, but sometimes my procrastination or laziness gets in the way. Everyone has this, right?😹 So if I don't work out and feel that my mood is not very good, then I start doing the exercises, no matter how much I would like to watch a funny video on YouTube instead and eat a slice of pizza. Physical activity is very good for raising your mood and energizing!🤩
And one more item that I use to lift my spirits every day is a walk. Yes, this can also be attributed to physical activity, because a good mood is achieved through the release of certain hormones and neurotransmitters with prolonged walking and physical activity. I really love to look at natural delights - leaves, clouds, blades of grass and even the relief of the earth🍃 This is usually very calming, distracting from the bustle of the world, and after a walk I feel great every time.
