I finally decided to show you some exercises that I do every day as part of the practice of yoga. This is a great practice! I started doing it last year and she gave me so much!😱
I feel good, I’m in a good mood (as much as possible haha), anxiety has gone away, and in such a difficult period it is especially important, my immunity has strengthened (I have become sick rarely), I have become less stooped, my migraines began to appear less often, my stretch of muscles improved and oh God I got rid of severe depression through classes👌
