Well well... since I've played in a stoner / hardrock band called The Mammoths in the past; but that band quit about half a year ago, I haven't really been busy around.

I'd love to start a new band any time soon, but it seems like the older you get, the more difficult it becomes to find souls that want to play the same music. I'm talking about some doomy / stoner / sludge stuff. I'd love to make a mix between Spiritual Beggars, Zebulon, Blind Dog, Orange Goblin, Electric Wizard, Bongripper, Hooded Menace, Acid Bath, Sahg, The Devil's Blood, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, Monkey3, Neurosis,... well... all these great grrreat bands!

But most of my friends are into hardcore, metalheads are getting more into soul and funk and motown,... and I'm lost in the middle, haha

A friend of mine (and colleague) was experimenting with GarageBand a while ago, some program on Mac, but since I don't own a Mac, I downloaded Mixcraft... so right now I'm experimenting with drums and such things. A hard thing since I'm no software wizard, hahaaa

Nothing beats playing in a 'real' band... but since I've found the right people, I'm gonna try to experiment a little in that Mixcraft thing...

Also found The Marvelous Land of Oz, published bu Marvel... hardback collection of the other Oz-editions... less enchanting the The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, but still nice



Also got my ticket for the Graspop Festival over here in Belgium... well actually only for Saturday Best day with Electric Wizard, Ghost, Kvelertak, Spiritual Beggars, Monster Magnet, Ozzy Osbourne, Judas Priest, Black Label Society,... will be a rock & roll day!
