Well, it took me about 10 days until my mouth ceased to feel like a cotton factory and my gut stopped feeling like I snacked on glass. My problem has always been huge waves of anxiety that leads into depression episodes. Lexapro/Welbutrin combo has been really great. Some meds make me feel artificially muted, emotionless, this combo just makes me actually feel a full spectrum of emotions without going insane from them. It's very hard to figure out if you can be "authentic" while on meds. for a while I thought I was kinda conning myself by taking them. But I realized I don't think diabetics are sell-outs from correcting their chemistry with insulin, so why should I feel bad for remedying my own situation.
