My little brother Ken is coming back into town today, and i can't wait to see him. AND my ex-girlfriend paid me back the $900 she owed me, and my CIM cheque came in for $330 dollers.

Still burning buffy for all my fellow slayer fans.
It's a lot of work, but it'll be a good pay off to see all those happy faces as watch Buffy at my place and then everybody has something to take home as well.
So far I'm looking at making $100 for working 5 hrs on new years eve, 10-3 pm. That's without making any money on side door gratuities. I'd like to increase it to a total of $500 for the day, but that'll probably require working at an afterhours party too. Blah. I wouldn't mind if it was a bartending gig, but bouncing isn't near as much fun.
I do love gig'n though. My question is how tired will I be the next day. AND I know I resolved not to date for a while in October which I promptly broke the vow of in November. BUT! After my friends House party on Dec 18th that'll be it for me.
I think the biggest problem I have is that I'm looking for that perfect somebody. And they all turn out to be wierdly full of funky flaws. Too young, too crazy, too this too that. Man I'm picky.
the Dalai lama says "Why worry just have lots of sex" or was that just another bouncer friend of mine?

Dating sucks. And why not be picky? Why settle for less than you want? It's not fair to other people if you try to change what you don't like about them.
