today was another banner day for me.
im not saying why, exactly, but two people from this site know. thank you both so very much.
nothing much happened today otherwise. i worked on the plumbing in my bathroom. why do pipes feel the need to leak? its very annoying. my cousin came over, and brought me shinese food, then cut my hair. i took a nap, and when i got up and signed on, the day got suddenly brighter.
of late, i have been feeling oddly about my appearance. i know its supposed to be superficial, and enlightened beings are supposed to be beyond it, but it bothers me that im not good looking. at all. for one day i would love to be a guy that people look at and say "damn. hes hot." just to expirenece it. and really believe that it is so. i dont, and cant, but life is about wishes and fantasies, right? perhaps i shall get me a really bitchin tattoo. that always makes me feel ever so much prettier.

and as bombshellbetty said, outer beauty is fleeting. it is inner beauty that really matters. though it doesn't seem that way sometimes
