Every time I get anxious I tend to watch BBC wildlife documentaries usually narrated by David Attenborough.
I’ve learned a few practical things that I can use in life, such as if you come face to face with a chav, treat him as you would a rabid wolf... eyes to the ground and head low, preferably from a great distance. That way they see you as a beta and will not attack you. It’s saved my meat quite a few times.More Blogs
