My knee is feeling better, but mainly in part to the massive doses of pain medication I am on.

Also with particularly bad timing, we fired a gal yesterday for illegally obtaining and abusing pain medication.

It seems that every week we are letting another person go. We've had some fucked up shit happen in our sleepy little hospital. ER drama-style. I think I'm going to call up Animal Planet and pitch a new reality series to them.
