Lot's of rushing about last night: going to see my friends band play in a tiny venue. They're called The Perishers. Not a very good name, and a bit indie for my tastes, but the fast tracks can be pretty good.

I just got a great new camera, so I'm hoping to learn some neat new tricks and capture even more slices and slivers of the life of this Northwest girl. (hee hee! I have even dubbed the Meow, "Kitten of ultimate cuteness". Sometimes her uber cuteness even frightens me . . . so much power in those tiny cute wee paws. I'm such a sucka.)
Ninja Tune are the best, are they not?!
I think yoga is inhale while assuming position, exhale while settling into and extending the position . . . but I could be very wrong. I haven't practiced with any yogis in a while.
