I've been ill 
Sleeping (at least) 12 hours straight and coughing so hard I get dizzy. I'm convinced that I cough so hard I burst blood vessels deep in my brain ball, and that's why I get dizzy.
Then I remember that I'm reading 'Catch 22'. It's full of hypochondriacs and that's probably rubbed off.
I probably feel under the weather as I'm sleeping too much, so I sleep more.
