It's very, very sunny today. 
There is something that I find very satisfying about the sunlight on a winterdays day, much more so than on a summers day. Maybe that's because winter (in London) tends to mean an awful lot of grey, or maybe it's because I'm a winter baby.
Today will be a decorating day: but not 'holly and ivy', paint and varnish for me. Once that's done I'll become a little more festive, I promise.
