On my way home today I passed a marquee all about the London bid for the 2012 Olympics. Curiosity got the better of me and I poked my head in for a look. There was a lot of maps, and it seems that if London is successful I could walk to the main stadium in 20 minutes. It doesn't seem real somehow. Anyway: there's no way I want to be living here in 9 years, so it's all academic.

I wonder where I will be living in 10 years? My guess is back in my home town to keep an eye on my (then) elderly parents, or on the other side of the world.
