I don't think I've been this excited for a vacation in a really long time. Maui can't come fast enough!. I still have one set left to edit before I leave Saturday afternoon so its going to be TIGHT!.
So I had a hilarious fan message this week. There is a office building in Downtown Calgary who blocked my website because the entire staff is constantly on there. When the big boss man found out there was nudity with my art they blocked the site and sent out a memo to the staff that office hours can be spent doing work and not looking at pornography.

I think that is hilarious that people still try and classify my work as porn. I shoot a bit of boobs and a bit of bums but my art is more for the shock value and not the nudity.
2013 is looking to be a fantastic year. I've lined up interviews with bands and our babes for our Youtube Chanel the "Hazzardous Channel". I cant wait to post some of these glorious interviews and having lots of fun playing a TV chanel host. Some of the models are super nervous but I told them not to worry because I'll give them a drink or two before the show to calm the nerves. I find liquid courage helps you relax... not too much so we are sloppy though.
I've also been following a digital artist in Germany for quite some time and today she approached me because she wanted to try out a Hazzardous Material image. I gave her one of Vespia Noir because I had some shots of her that we really never did to much with so I cant wait to see the dark manipulations she does with one of my images.
Other then that I've been balls deep in shoots. I've decided that after this year I will no longer offer Family Portrait services. I cant stand parents. I've been finding in this day in age people are way too fucking picky. Like for example I did a photo shoot for a couple and their dog and when they showed up for the session they brought her parents and their kids. I was really pisssed. This happens all the time. I quote for a small group and then I get double or triple the people. Normally I would charge extra but this couple has a wedding booked with me on December 29th so I kept my mouth shut. The brides mom nit picked every single photo of herself. I really hate how people dont have a real sense of what they look like or act like. This lady took the term CUNT to a whole other level. Its like no that is your fucking face! I thought she looked good but NOPE she did not think so. So for little cost of a portrait session I am getting rid of them because I am sick and tired of these kind of clients. After this year I will be offering only Wedding, Engagements and Boudoir.
My boudoirs are what carry me. I did 17 clients over my last holiday session and this January I have 12 booked for the Vday special. I have never had people complain about those sessions. I get nothing but praise from them and sometimes a wonderful email from the significant other who received them.
