Well my wings came close! damn close! within one goal and I thought for sure we would make that tie! it was heart wrenching for me lol.

So here is where I sat... 3rd row behind the net

So then after the game we waited and watched the 3 stars then got out front of the Saddledome amongst the fans and Dougie says to me.. so how did you like the game? I replied with "It was really good.. Flames always bring their A game and its always a show.. I really thought we were going to make it to OT tonight.. but all and all I am still proud of my wings.. we played our backup goalie and still did great" Dougie "That's good baby.. I wish your wings won too. So hey I have a question? so when can I start telling people that your my fiance?" So I stopped and looked at him and was thinking are you serious? "Ummm when you put a ring on this finger!" Pointing to my hand and then he gets down on one knee and opens this box with the most beautiful ring on it. "Well, its been the best two years of my life, will you marry me?" I stopped jaw dropped and was like omg omg omg YES!

It was magical, amongst the snow and the glow of the dome he asked me while my fav team was here to play. Hundreds of people saw and I got loads of congrats and claps.

So now.. here is my new bling
