Nurses appointment yesterday morning went... Okay ish.
Even though I thought I'd put weight on, apprently my weight is the same as it was in october 2007, blood presure and pluse are all good too.
My peak flow (measure of lung capicity. I think.) was about 100 ml. less than was right for my age, high, weight, etc, so I've gotta go back and see her at the end of december.
That'll be nice cos the car has to go in at the end of December for it's MOT.
Also got to have my seasonal flu jab too. Not looking forward to that, as it usually messes my body up a bit, but I've told laura, once I've got my appointment I'm gonna try and book a few days off after it to try and get over it.
Mitch is happy. Just watching and boogying to kids TV. Laura seems okay. I think. She's still in bed. I am... Well not happy, but more "content", if that makes sence.
