Oh laptop news... 6 days ago the guy I was mailing about it stopped mailing back, despite us sending lots of email....
This was the reply today (Oh background here, I went back to the companies website, and sent them another email to the direct mail re-direct.)

My colleague has just passed your messages to me. Im very sorry, for reasons unknown our spam filter had prevented you emails from getting through to me.
I am happy to report that another of our technicians has completed the repair to your laptop. Apologies for the delay, unfortunately the original technician working on your laptop appears to be having some personal difficulties at present and as such he will not be working with us again in the future.
Considering the delay I have spoken with the boss and agreed a 20% discount on the repair cost for you. A total cost therefore now of 39.11inc vat now applies. I hope that you find this helpful.
Our driver is ready to deliver your laptop back to you today at 8:30pm if this would be suitable for you.
