Had the interview yesterday and it went really well.
Got a phone call this morning offereing me the job! I have to go in have my Criminal Records (CRB) checks done, on monday, and I should start in 2 weeks time!

Well shit man. Getting sleep was supposed to get easier as the lil one gets older. Let's hope you get the issues keeping you from sleeping settled soon. It's important. I dunno if you can get to a gym and get some additional exercise, but that always helps me. If nothing else, it makes you utterly useless if you don't get the sleep and you and everyone else are forced to comply.

what mellsiebelle said pt. this anxiety is really not good, and you need to get some help before it takes a deeper toll on you and the ones you love.
not selfish at all, especially with how you are feeling at the moment, you just need to find a way to give what you can in terms of support, while still keeping enough for yourself. i know how it feels to see yourself falling apart and not be able to do anything about it. it's a helpless and frustrating feeling.
i'm sorry you are going through this and am sending you big hugs.
