I had a similar letter once. And then many times again. Then I filed for this "I don't make enough" thing and they took away almost all of what I owed. It was nice. I'm sure I'm going to have a letter like that waiting for me when I get back to Calgary though. Since I forgot to tell them I was leaving the province and that I'm a student now.
