Hope you fare better in Amsterdam - it did wonders for me when I was there!
Music has gotten me through a lot of tough times - my band's starting to record our debut/farewell album tomorrow morning, so some of the karmic cesspool in which I'm currentl foundering can be channeled into the sessions, hopefully.
