If I didn't look so much like both my parents I'd swear I was adopted.

Okay: This will be a short rant detailing my stupidity.

I think I'm losing my mind. Do any of you ever walk around and swear you're seeing other SGers? I swear I've seen at least 5 SGpdx people today. Either from Pirate or from pictures or just from the SG Kitty hoodie. Whenever it happens I think of Fight Club, "Who you were in SG...

To all people of the female persuasion:

Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT ever tell someone you had a crush on them way back when. Though simultaneously flattering, it enlivens the pure spirit of ennui that when combined with PBR will create an unstoppable monster known as listless regret.

I once paid two friends, one a friend of the female likeness I had a...

Hi Hansel!!!biggrin

Sorry I got back to you so late but I got both sad and busy so I was being a bad SG friend.

Anyway, have you had a chance to check out FunkTion's ass some more???tongue

Per your journal entry: I know all about that. I'm just finding out that while I was in law school there were like a few guys that I was friends with that actually had a crush on me. I was in a relationship at the time so I guess that's why they never said anything. But it's funny now to hear the things that were said about me that I never knew about. And it's not like they didn't have chances to tell me. We were all really good friends.

Oh and my one regret is this guy that really liked me while I was in college. We worked together but I was dating some other jerk we worked with so as much as I liked this guy I didn't pursue it. He eventually moved away and joined the army or something like that. I think he might be married now.*sigh*

This is exceptional. The sun is creeping out making me think of everything that is outside. Boy I can't help but smile. What a great time I had yesterday--the pirates mean business when they come to play. Damn. I hope I have money in my wallet to continue this good thing. It always gets to be a few days before payday and I forget how...

Are you prone to depression?

I'm going to bed so I won't reply until tomorrow.

Night.smile
hansel:
My reply:

I'm prone to sadness. But I don't think I've ever been depressed in my life. Sadness is the equilibrium for human existance. If you're not sad, you're not paying attention.. which has it's own merits.. but I can't help but look around and see things in a fuct light.

Of course that doesn't mean there's no room for happiness. I'm happy overall most of the time. Happy and sad is like being republican or democrat. There is roughly 40% of each group.. my mood is based entirely on swing voters.

I've been sleeping too much. Every little thing completely had me in bed over the weekend. It has to be because of the Beef+Milk+Cheap Beer+TV. All that garbage=I feel dumb. What does this mean? The quarterly trip to parts unknown, vacation with Dad and company. Aside from the lingering feeling that I've lost brain cells I may have needed, the trip was good.

It's dumb...

Hey duder, it was good meeting you last night. That was an exceptionally rambunctious Pirate night though. They usually are that crazy. Werd.

I want to get dumb. I want to get TV for 12 hours dumb. Days like today make me never want to think again. Maybe I'm being dramatic. I can't stop thinking about finding a new job. What a joke. Even if there was anything worthwhile out there, I don't think I'd want to do it.

I thought briefly today about becoming a bartender. I...

My hopes for March 18:

I hope everyone in PDX is having a fine night. I'm still a tad shaky from the rollicking good time at the Devils Point. If anyone sees the bartender from Devils Point: Please tell him that the nervous kid apologizes ten fold for being so dumb.

I hope everyone in PDX knows how lucky we are to have Stumptown coffee....

It's over. It's finally over. Winter term 2004 will go down in history as the time I figured out many things:

1) PSU is not a work friendly institution. I should sue for false advertising.

2) I smell bad and I don't care.

3) I'm a slackmotherfucker hiding under the veneer of a business major.

4) A degree only proves you can put up with...

rin:
well don't you think that knowing how to beat down orcs and undead hordes gives me a definite paper-writing advantage?

ESPECIALLY when i am dealing with the role of women in early cinema. or my other paper, writing on margaret atwood's feminism. i clearly am step above the other people in my classes.

...

What a strange night. I just got back from Lost in Translation at the mission. I'm listening to the magnetic fields "all my little words" on a continuous loop. I don't think I'll let it move on anytime tonight. I think I want a drink and I'm almost out.

People doing homework are saps. There's a whole Sunday left.

rin:
i find homework an
unpleasant sidenote that comes
along with higher

education. that
is why i leave my papers
to the night prior

to their due date. i
have a 10 page paper
due on march 26.

i am tempting fate.
i would like to see how far
i can put it off

and finish in time.
this is not a smart plan, but
i'm not one for smart

plans. i would rather
haiku-fu a journal all night
and go to sleep late.
rin:
what is your favorite
track from the lost in
translation soundtrack?

also i have been
listening to 'i believe'
by stevie wonder.

i like your idea of
falisfying your
paper. it is a good

thing i am not in sciences.
when in high school i always
copied answers from

other people who
were also doing the lab
because i was too

lazy to do it
myself. plus i would
draw comics in class.

oh, to draw comics
instead of learning. my life
was good, sans phone bills.

I miss the dismemberment plan. someone make them get back together.

No one reads this journal. I wonder if anyone would notice if I said anything serious..

::thinks::

Okay, I'm a business major.. and aside from having lingering doubts about it.. it's funny. I'm a very liberal guy.. and all the classes seem to push you towards being a republican. I know it's not what...
