yeah, so we're setting up the equipment tonight to record. the firepod came in tuesday. got all the mics we need and logistics is really the only issue now.
i have to be up in four hours to start a new job but i got up at 2 this afternoon so i'm not tired. icehouse is attempting to change that,but i'm a can and a half away from failure there.
i'm kind of down because i don't get paid for another week and the ninja turtles movie opens tomorrow. i can take cans back but i doubt i get enough to make the outrageous 7 dollar admission fee.
unless, of course, i can persuade a friend somewhere, somehow, to loan me five bucks to go with the couple of bucks in cans and i can make it.
i get off at 2 and the movie opens at around 7 so i can probably see if my folks have any cans to take back.
i also suppose i could in theory raid my ex girlfriend's folks' garage but that's risky, though i know there's like ten bucks in cans there. mostly from when i lived there.
dammit. why did i have to buy that 18 pack? oh yeah, cause i'm an alcoholic. duh.
anyway, gonna try to sleep now.
