1. If you like Clan of Xymox, the new album In Love We Trust is pretty decent. I haven't made a hard decision, yet, on whether it's going to see a lot of time on my playlist.
2. Last.fm is sucking bad... For a while, they had a really nice app for Facebook, which allowed you to display what you're listening to on your profile. They ditched the app and left us high and dry. Bastards.
3. The last week or so has been all work, little to no play. I haven't even really had time for SG. Apparently, in that time, I past my 60 day "noob" period and now all my comments in the "meeting people" forum are blocked out. Heh, that was pretty much the only place I was chatting. I suppose I'll have to wade in deeper, eh?
4. In 10 days, I'm outta here for a while.... and off to Thailand. I need some time away from this side of the world, badly. Next year, however, I think I want to see more of Europe. I'm thinking Spain, Portugal, Greece, and maybe Cyprus. I'm also tempted to see Morocco (which is North Africa, but who's counting, eh). Of course, I want to save enough vacation to go back to the US for GenCon 2010, too.
5. I just finished The Law of Nines by Terry Goodkind. Great book. I'm almost done with Heimingway's The Sun Also Rises which, unexpectedly, I'm not too impressed with. I think he may be the Lord of Run-on-Sentences.
