spurs game tonight! i have been so bad today. i slept in, didn't walk and then ate a GIANT breakfast burrito. and i can't seem to lose any more weight. i bought a scale for home, because i realized that one here at work is VERY unreliable. it never rests *exactly* on the 0. so my 10 pounds that i was so proud of was more like 8. i mean, 8 is good too, but now i can't seem to get over that hump. very discouraging. it makes me want a beer tonight at the game. but i will stick to my guns and say no -- i'll just use the "designated driver" reason. dang. 10 days til halloween. i'd like to lose 5 more pounds by then. i am so tired of being tired. i thought when you ate right and exercised, you were supposed to get more energy? liars.
