ok, i am back. over the weekend, i decided that i need to lose at least 30 lbs. 45 would be awesome, but that's more like a goal for next summer. i want to lose 30 lbs by the end of the year. yesterday i thought i was going to die of starvation by the end of the day. today i am feeling a little better though. i got up early this morning and walked for 30 min and then did 50 sit ups. hopefully by the end of the week, those numbers will be a little higher. i really feel like this is an attainable goal for me, and i think if i use this blog as a sounding board, i can go back and track my progress when i am feeling like "why am i doing this?!" so day 2 is about halfway done. yay!
