Holy Shit !
I have not been on here in forever........
Ive been so busy the last 6 months its retarded.
My bike is still sitting in a million pieces.........cause i dont have the time to put
it back together...............
Any who im gonna get back in to posting and being more active................

So i just got done running my nightly 5 1/2 and wow. Running for me is now my place
of peace and quiet.. It gives me the chance to clear my mind of everything and reflect back
on everything...Kinda like what some people say yoga does for them.....I have never felt better in my
intire life....Physically and Mentally

Thats rad. I love running but always seem to get a knot in my side after a few minutes. Guess I need to practice breathing properly(?)
