I've gotten into a SG in the morning routine--first thing I turn to once my computer is on at work. Maybe that's not such a great idea, naked girls at work? Fuck it. I'm tenured.
So this week's agenda? I just don't want to think about it. I just want to take fistfulls of allergy pills, smoke a bowl, and lie down on the floor all day listening to records.
It's a beautiful crisp autumn day out there today--perfect blue sky and about 60 degrees. It's time to pull out all my favorite autumnal records. I found myself listening to a lot of old REM this weekend--Fables of the Reconstruction in particular.
But it's time to get on with it. Got to pull more early American stuff together for the big Charles Brockden Brown show that has to be in the gallery by the end of next week.
Maybe I'll begin my day with a fun major purchase--I'm going to e-mail a bookdealer in England and tell him I'll take the $3,500 item he offered last week.
