it's the start of my birthday weekend.
and
even my typing is slurred at this point.
but, i did decide to add an addendum to my previous journal entry instead of writing a new one, because boundcreature, TheFullNelson and Kev1n have already stopped by to offer their condolences to the aging, and I didn't want to relegate them to a page no longer seen. Thank you, guys!

the beginning of hyper-gay-overdrive started last week on friday. i saw erasure play (they were - god, i wish there was a pink curly font to write this in) FABULOUS!, and then the whole boston gay pride thing kicks in starting tomorrow, on, coincidentally, my birthday. my wrists are getting limper by the second.

actually not. i still have full muscular control of said wrists. and it will be a very fun weekend. or quite possibly, annoying as fuck. either way, i figure i'm in it for the duration, so i might as well enjoy the whole festive fiasco. And then there's VNV nation live on Sunday. That will definitely be loads of fun. They're always so great live!
