Me too. Too much chaos and too little food and sleep have all put me on the verge of tears. Got home tonight wishing I had a punching bag, but I know I'd not have the energy to punch it. It didn't help, yesterday, when someone who doesn't understand the chaos asked me how I was doing. I hadn't said the words aloud to anyone and I started to answer. I guess he saw tears welling up. He said, "Wait. Nevermind if you're just gonna start crying."

Probably for the best, nothing like telling someone about how you're really doing, only to realize you've forgotten they are someone who has no grasp on the subject matter which makes you feel it.

Wow. I think that last part makes no sense whatsoever.

i named a geocache i placed "The Toecutter Cache" because i was watching that movie a bunch that weekend and I passed by loads of atv'ers with helmets and facemasks...

i really wish mel gibson would at least try to make another mad max movie... a good one would get him off my fundamentalist shitlist.

Awesome! Seriously though, do yourself a favor and read the book if you haven't already. It makes an incredible partner to the series. So much rich backround on all the men, before and after the war. The chapter on what happened to everybody afterwards will seriously bring tears to the eyes.

.....such an awesome movie! i once visited Philip K. Dick's grave with some buddies many years ago, he's buried not that far from where i live...

I remember driving mom's Zephyr 4 cyl., back in the day. The transmission wasn't much either, but it took a few (hundred) neutral drops. I couldn't kill it. And oh, how I tried.

lupus blows. one of the chicks from america's next top model had it. she didn't feel good sometimes. and she was still very young (damn kids). but she LOOKED great. the final insult is when my illness manifests in ways that interfere with my vanity. i can be totally bedridden and semi-serene, but if i get a rash or something visible, then it's fuck god time. hi.

I hope it went well with your doctor. Hopefully the prednisone won't have as many side effects.
