My mom's surgery has been scheduled for in 2 weeks. She's worried about the breast removal surgery, but every one in my family is supporting her. My family doesn't usually get along or agree on much but we're all coming together to make her feel secure. Things have been stressful around the house since christmas. Between family fighting and the usual holiday stress it's been tough. Luckily things are starting to settle down now since the holidays have passed. I think im going to start writing more poetry soon if I can find the time. Between taking care of my dad, keeping the house in order, and making sure everyone keeps their sanity its been rough finding time to write. I miss being able to express everything while writing and since I haven't written as much as I used to it has become harder to become creative again. Maybe i'll find some hidden inspiration soon or possibly my heart will sway and let loose new feelings that have long since been forgotten. The best thing about the future is that it is unwritten. I hope everyone has a bright future ahead of them.
