The VA finally cleared my dad as 100% disabled and unemployable so his pay rate that dropped a few months ago will go back up. We've been so stressed about bills being behind and wondering if we were going to lose the house but now that they are all caught up and we still have extra we are relieved. We were so stressed before that it was at the point where I took my guitars to the pawn shop to see how much they were worth. Luckily I didn't have to sell them. Even if I can't play the guitar anymore because of my injuries they still hold memories.
So being stress free and finally having money back in my bank account has pretty much alleviated most of my worries. Things are looking up now and they should just keep getting better from here.
