Well - almost made it to the Gym on Friday - got gear together, mixed me' protein drink - all fired up to go - had to run a few errands first and then these took so long I didn't make it and so far stil haven't gone - not good - when I do go its going to be really HARD work !!!

hmmmmm - trying very hard to motivate myself to go to the gym - now totally out of the swing of that - was going 3 times a week but havent been for 4 weeks except for last Tuesday when it nearly killed me.......

Weathers taken a turn for the worst - got soaking wet just now - must give up smoking outside !!!!
Looking forward to the weekend though got to fix the radiator on the car tomorrow - so forecast of more rain is not pleasing!!!!
