Almost done... just a few more days, 1 more program to write tonight, a tiny paper for my Soc class.
From my Advanced Unix Programming class... there's a russian kid in the far back not payin' attention, the air force guy who sits behind me lookin' all angry, and my strangely dilated pupil.
Why the hell did the Soc103 class get exclusive permission to use the two largest computer labs on campus today from 10-12 exclusively? I went to type up a paper at Baskin 105 and was told that I couldn't use the lab because of Soc103 needing it.... the class was there and I could see 3 rows of unused workstations. So I head over to SS1's lab and find out that the same course, but a different lab, is also using the entire fucking lab (well, not the Macs... ). So I had to use a piece of shit-one button-flipper baby mac to write my paper.
Again, there were unused computers in the lab. Why the fuck couldn't they have just put both labs into the same room and not inconvenienced everyone? Because soft science people are stupid, and unwilling to share. That's the conclusion I've come to. They talk about changing the world (with big dewy eyes) but they just want money and an easy life.
