there are 5 'favorite girls' pics to choose from.
it wasnt always like that- used to be 3- only oldskoolers still have three, 'cause once you choose you can't go back.
so i'm debating whether to add the 2 or keep it oldskool.
what do you say?
also- i'd like you to tell me what made you get on this site in the first place....

you're right - it's definitely more "down up"
what gets me is the eye contact once they've made their way back up... and when they realize you're staring them directly in the face that blush and look-away that occurs (in some situations... people have also just given that stare right back... which is interesting)
it's too bad we get exhausted toward the ends of our weeks cuz now is the time we get to focus on the weekend and all the fun stuff, like "doin' mah thang", we have ahead...
i'm happy that you're practicing and apparently haven't thrown in the towel on the project.
it gives you an outlet and we all need that.
i hadn't even thought about lunch until you mentioned it, and it's almost time!
yesterday i had the BEST sammich. i was gonna hit subway but was sad because i wanted some stuff on it that subway doesn't offer...
so i went to the market instead and bought some whole wheat rolls, green leafy lettuce, red onion, roma tomatoes, a cucumber, button mushrooms, an avocado, alfalfa sprouts, black olives, and pepperjack cheese and crammed portions of each onto a roll.
it was so good!
probably not really low cal like i've been trying to focus on but i can't think of anything bad about it besides the fat in the avocado and cheese... and olives. um. yeah.
but i have leftovers in the refrigerator.
so i will sit in my office and eat my sandwich and read "the little prince" because i've heard lots about it and want to see what i think.
i read some of it last night while i was doing cardio stuff, except it's sometimes hard to read while bouncing up and down... meh.
what're YOU having for lunch? and what does your weekend look like, mister?

"what about your weekend?"
well, tonight i'm having a drink with a coworker, then my brother said he'd fix my bike so i can go riding bikes with my sister in law and my best friend and maybe my brother will go too, then making dinner with those girls (my brother doesn't like to be in the kitchen with us all at once... i don't know many people, including myself, that can stand us all at once) and then maybe we'll go dancing because i've been craving booty shaking.
i WAS gonna try and see the movie tonight, but maybe i'm moving that to sunday a.m.
um. tomorrow i will visit the gym, and then a boy wants to spend day-time with me which will include looking at pretty pictures at those links i put up.
saturday night is possibly a houseparty, but that could get moved to sunday - i haven't heard from the host about it since tuesday.
sunday, ... exhale, gym time, home time, movie-ness, get ready for week stuff.

Hey G!
Thanks for sending some New Year's cheer...and of course, it's right back at ya
I've been a bit of a pooper once again with this whole SG thing. You'd think with the amount rolling around in my noggin I'd actually have more to say. I blame the formulation process...things just get murky somewhere between my brainwaves and fingertips tapping the keyboard...I end up saying 'fuck it' and nothing gets written.
But just know, between the absence and silence, I'm still luvin ya

Aw, thanks for yr kind words on my pseudoset.
And you're right, clipboards and red pens do go well together. Now all you need is a chick in heels and a pinstriped mini strutting around your living room with them.

lets try again:
1) low key evening, drinking chimay (introduced to me by jnthn) with people i know at friends' house playing board games and laughing (i hope)
2) yes. people can celebrate a new year whenever they want, though.
it's just a good marker that us peeps on this gregorian calendar can use together. but we can all use it differently.
and it's a GREAT excuse to be intoxicated.
i'm gonna take my bottle of belgian beer, roll up a super spiffy spliff and be merry.
i celebrate a new year now and i will celebrate another new year on 4/11. (my birthday)

Would you have to pay for dinner? If so, sad! Usually having a friend in the restuarant biz is quite cool. I have a friend who used to be the sous chef at this classy dig in Tucson. He would get a chef's stipend every quarter to entertain family and friends. I blame him for my addiction to decadent meals.
Eeeeeek!! Party peeps got you on the invite without asking first?! *maybe they were high at the time?*
And btw, your website is still fine. I must have just been retarded the day that I tried to access it again. Like the dub influence, but I'm a hardcore dub addict. Teeheee!
Hope that you have a wonderful new year, no matter what you chose to do.

I have heard about those boot camp style things.
They scare me! I actually like a good hike with lots of elevation gain. That really gets my heart and lungs working in a good way. I have to be careful with cardio stuff, cause my asthma sometimes makes me go all gaspy and fish out of water like. Poor lungs.
I did a lot of bikram style yoga for about 2 years, but it got $$$$$$, and I really felt that I wasn't gaining any depth to my practice, so I'm currently looking for a new style and instructor. (One of my good friends has had wonderful experiences with a Astanga studio, so I may give that a go for awhile.) In the meantime, I just practice the postures that I learned in bikram, but slower and deeper and without the heat and sweat.
I did get to check out a few of the samples before the website went away. (Where did it go? Will it be back?) I assumed that it was the mysterious project that you had to put on hold. I really hope that it will be back, so I can experience more as it evolves.
My aum is my tattoo, which I got at the end of October. My artist said that it might need a retouch after it healed, (which she said she would do for free) and it does need a little more fill in work, so I will get a fresh boost of ink and endorphins this evening. Yay and ouch!

I love working out, I've been doing a couple of sessions a week for the past four years now. I tend to do a cardio session in the gym at the beginning of the week. For that I agree, good aggressive industrial music is a must to pound those feet to. I run to forget, to break free (and stomp on all the things that are really fucking me off!).
For my resistence session I like something with a more definite rhythm, instrumental film soundtracks are great. I need a different type of passion for resistence training than I do for cardio work. For cardio I need bubbling anger and self determination. For resistence I need something deeper. When you understand how each part of your body is working with each stroke, the feeling of power is immense. I feel as though I can do anything, like i'm tapping into all of the energy around me.
I also go to a kick-boxing class (although I've been letting that slip recently-bad bad bad Squiggle). For that I like angry girl punk!
For flexibility I do Astanga yoga, love metal is great music for this...powerful but chilled!
So, that's what I like to do. Unfortunately uni work is dominating my life right now so the fitness regime has suffered somewhat
I love the feeling that my body has when I ve been regularly working out..it's like I'm in control of everything...I can feel everything working. that feeling reminds me who I am.
Endorphins rock!

Dennis Cooper writes in a similar vein altho maybe a little more vulgar (if that's at all possible). My favorite book of his is called "Wrong". Certainly made me contemplate whether I was comfortable living in that which we call "society".
Think I'm gonna go to the gym tomorrow (altho i did climb a welsh mountain so maybe I'm not destined for fat camp afterall).
Now to wait in an...tic....i...pation for pizza (I'm not a Rocky Horror fan...honest!!!!)

It was really nice taking a glimpse into your subconscious the other day- we must try that again sometime.
You know, for a heeb Im rather fond of Christmas.
Not the actual holiday per se, not really vibing on the Jesus thing (no disrespect meant of course) its more the nice warm day-in, spent with family, good food and nice gifts....

Merry Cristmas Brotha!

Yes, I read a book called "The Warrior Within," about Burce Lee's philosophies in general, and some of it touched on how his philosophy affected his martial arts style, very interesting stuff.
On the superpower thing, I think I'd want to have the ability to control people's minds.
Thanks for the awesome testimonial.
(And boy oh boy do I have you fooled! That or you just missed all my "gah and blah" journal entries. Moody, dark, despairing stari girls, who can't seem to keep from weeping uncontrollably. Maybe all those drugs and hours of therapy are finally working? *shrugs, but with a happy giggle*)
Good monday to you! *said with glows and utmost sincerity*
Edited to add: That I wish I was much more like my cyber self with all the sharing and positivity. Perhaps she will rub off on me? A good thought, methinks! Teehee!
