I agree I actually got lucky last holiday my manager figured our peak performance times and allowed us to come in during those hours. All of us were happier and myself being a night owl had the place to myself until the wee hours of the night and I got so much more done and didnt have to deal with shitty customers. Why cant this be all the time though.. sigh..

I've been ratcheting up the exercise since february. I'm not doing anything extreme, just walking more, using a recumbent bike for 45 minutes a day 6 days a week and doing some weights. I'm feeling so much better already.

GAH! Ok key is to establish a zone of escape. Unpack or make at least one room relatively livable. This is how you get through the insane maelstrom of the other rooms.
