As you can see from my last.fm profile, Baroness is my favorite band. I've only been listening to them for about two years and in those years their tour hasn't brought them to my state. That is, until now. Tomorrow I will be purchasing three tickets to see them live finally in November. I can't even tell you how excited I am! If they play Swollen and Halo I will absolutely die of sheer happiness. :)

Dude, I agree 100%! I think Once More 'Round the Sun is their best album (or, at the very least, a close second to Crack the Skye). Yeah, it's certainly different than their earlier albums but I think they've matured. I saw them live a couple of months ago (with Clutch, nonetheless) and they were fucking PHENOMENAL.
