So, does it really make sense to have school zones near High Schools? I mean, if you haven't learned not to dart out in traffic by ninth grade...

I didn't get a ticket, it just struck me as a bit absurd yesterday morning. Maybe we need school zones for colleges and universities, then? And since hopefully none of us ever stop learning, or at least learn as much in later life as we did in school (and if that was nothing... )...
