grayness

You ever have one of those times where you don't want to sleep, but you're too tired to do anything interesting or especially worthwhile? I'm having one right now. This is what I get for crashing early, and waking up in the middle of the night... and then going to sleep for two hours, and then waking back up.

So, what I am doing is grooming kitties. This I can do without too much brain involved. They don't appreciate it while I am doing it, but they seem happy afterwards, at least.

Two down, five to go...


The vet increased Fearless' insulin dosage from 2.5 units to 3 units. He is definitely showing improvement, and hopefully this will be the last increase. I'm glad that he never seems to have hit a dosage that's too high. Hypoglycemia is scary. But I have the bottle of Karo Syrup standing by as an antidote if it is ever needed...


I am also cat-sitting two cats for one for my friends while he is vacationing. I've managed to get one of them to start taking her medicine (a particularly nasty-tasting <apparently> pill) when even the owner could not. Go me! I'll tell you about it later, back to grooming for now...
