All the studying is going well. I've started getting up between four and five AM, going into work, and studying there. It's quiet, and it also lets me check that everything's in order. Wednesday morning, which feels about a bajajillion (That's a Bah-Hah-jillion, usually only found in Southern California, but making a suprise guest appearance here in South Carolina) hours ago, I discovered our internet was down and since I was there quite early, I had a jump on making the numerous calls to get our ISP to actually DO something about it before it cut into everyone else's day. Which was good.
So, the new routine- which is really just a return to the old routine- works.
The subject matter (MS SQL server and its dialect of SQL) is proving not terribly taxing. It's all deja vu- I've covered this ground in FoxPro, so it's more like learning to speak with a British accent than trying to learn to speak Mandarin Chinese. HL-7 is not that complicated either.
But just because things are going well is no reason to slack off.
Ok, one episode of Smallville and I am off to bed, wake-up time 4 AM. Hope all is well with everyone.
