I'm very excited to start my 10 day getaway to sail the seas. My roommate and I are leaving early to stay a couple nights in Jacksonville Fl. On Monday we'll board our cruise ship! Yep we booked a cruise - which I've never done before! After spending a day at sea we'll be in the Keys to do some to snorkeling and then spend the 4th of July there. From there we'll spend another day at sea to arrive in the Bahama's for a planned day of swimming with the dolphins on a private island. Since its duty free we are going to do a little shopping or sitting on the beach. Then we'll head back to Jacksonville to either rest or drive to another short adventure before driving to Atlanta.

Hope everyone has been enjoying summer and I hope you folks here in ATL don't melt with the temp. being so high. Today in my part of the city we reached 101 degrees and possibly high the few days.

ps....i'll no longer be pale after this trip. hahaha
