I update more when I'm stressed. Did you notice?
I feel a lot better today. Sleep helped. Plus all the support of all my friends. And I talked to him online for a little while last night, and he can still make me laugh.
He cancelled his SG membership- he says he only joined so he could get to know me better. Now he knows me, and he feels bad for stalking me. The stalking was apparantly becoming a compulsive habit.
I love my new profile picture. It's so peaceful and calming. It really is. The hazy blue mountains give it a fairy tale feeling. I didn't take the picture; I lifted it from someone's Rainbow Gathering website. The two people on the hill are two strangers, but they are familiar strangers. I always imagine that it is me and a friend. The picture is from Montana in 2000, and ever since I got the picture it has appeared repeatedly on my desktop and in various posts. It's like a favorite work of art. Hmmm... I suppose it is art. I never thought of it that way. I think I might look up where I got it, and thank the photographer for years of enjoyment.
Speaking of pictures, Gadget was at my house yesterday and we were looking through some old pictures from 2002 and 2003. It's not that long ago but it seems like forever ago. For a while, I was really good about organizing my photos in albums. Then I had no money, and the negatives piled up. In January of 2004, I used my christmas money to develop a whole bunch of rolls of film. That's mostly what was in this shopping bag. They were pictures of parties and of me & Holly's travels, mostly. So many great shots! So many people. Some people have changed a lot. I think Gadget and Evilflapjack look 10 times better than they did then... healthier. Me too.
Now I really want a scanner so I can put those pictures up. Actually I have bunches of recent pictures that need to go up... I'm just never in the mood.
You know what's awesome? I'm leaving for Alaska next week.

Anyhow, hope you appreciated the Goob Appreciation thread resurgence - i know you needed to hear some love o' Goob.
And Gadget should be a bit concerned - you know in WV if their old enough to bleed, their old enough indeed....
