does anyone have any suggestions on good cardiovasular work one can do during the summer in florida? usually, i jog or jump rope, but in the 90% humidity sauna that is the outside, it's really not very fun. well, less fun than jogging is normally. so, if anyone's got any suggestions, please let me know. and if you don't have any suggestions, piss off.
